The City of Dallas Small Business Center, the Regional Black Contractors Association and the Dallas Leadership Foundation did a Workforce Program tour with Texas State Representative Toni Rose on February 6, 2024. The tour visited two locations that are part of the program managed by the Regional Black Contractors Association and Dallas Leadership Foundation. President John Proctor and staff lead the Workforce Training and Construction program. There was a tour of the RBCA Joseph Lockhart Re-entry Housing location and the DLF Workforce Training Facility for Maintenance. The DLF President, Will McCall, provided the tour of the facility. The tour showed the day to day impact these programs are having on City of Dallas residents.
