The Dallas Accelerator Program will leverage educational resources to support small business growth and capacity building to solidify stability in the City of Dallas market. The City of Dallas has selected three program operators: Business & Community Lenders (BCL) of Texas, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

The Dallas Accelerator Program application is for existing Minority and Women Business Enterprises and Small Businesses located in the City of Dallas. The application deadline has been extended to Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The applications will be reviewed for program eligibility by the Small Business Center and Program Operators and then are ranked through a lottery system to make the final participant recommendations.
