What:
Join us to learn about the bidding procedures and documents issued on Project Meadow, a new, LEED Platinum, WELL Certified 800,000+ SF, 14-story downtown office tower with an 800,000 SF parking garage, as well as a 1.5-acre park. This project has a 37.5-month schedule and a 32% MWBE participation goal.
Proposals from qualified subcontractors will be accepted for scopes of work pertaining to: drilled piers; masonry; exterior stone; structural steel; ornamental metals; waterproofing/sealants; doors, frames and hardware; drywall; interior stone; parking control equipment; and fire sprinklers.
