PRE-BID CONFERENCE

This is a pre-bid meeting for the Pegasus Park Spec Lab Project to provide an overview of the project, review
client expectations and future opportunities at Pegasus Park and provide everyone an opportunity to walk
the site and understand existing conditions prior to the RFP being issued on 11/6/2023.
Project scope includes a 17,000 SF buildout of four life science suites (suites A1, B1, B2, B3 each consisting of
approximately 60% lab and 40% office) on the 1st floor of the existing core & shell building 2 at the Pegasus
Park campus.
We will meet in Room 100 which is located on the 1st floor of the Pegasus tower. See floor plan below.
