  • Do basic productivity work (Office 2010)
  • Write a business plan. Access and modify 2000 business plan templates (BusinessPlan Pro)
  • Get demographic and business data for customer research and leads (Demographics Now and Reference USA)
  • Create a marketing plan and learn about social media strategy (Marketing and Sales Pro)
  • Download legal forms (Gale Legal Forms)
  • Get industry and investing reports (Standard& Poor’s netAdvantage)

2. Access resources to learn business skills and keep up with industry and customer trends:

  • A thousand small business books and hundreds of electronic titles (library card required.)
  • Magazines such as:
