Founded in 2017, Impact Ventures is a startup accelerator and integrated capital fund addressing the gender and racial wealth gap in North Texas. Our mission is to eliminate the social and economic barriers for under-estimated entrepreneurs and small business owners building high-growth businesses and social enterprises that create sustainable, inclusive and equitable local economies.

We believe genius is evenly distributed across zip-codes, however access and opportunity is not. Through place-based impact investing, entrepreneurial development, and community wealth building, we work to build sustainable, inclusive, and equitable local economies that restore the productive capacity of under-resourced communities and communities of color.
