About
Frazier House, an initiative of the Zan W Holmes Jr Community Outreach Center, is the first social service provider in North Texas to offer multiple services in one building collaborating with other community nonprofits and service organizations. We offer a shared space to these organizations to allow Dallas county access to educational, legal, health-related, economic, social services, job skills training, and job placement opportunities.
Our mission, as a nonprofit organization, is to create self-sustaining pathways out of poverty for young people and families in Dallas through education and job placement.
