About

NoD’s mission is to enable startups, designers, developers, and independent workers to grow and thrive as one big happy creative community. We do this by creating an environment where entrepreneurs and freelancers can create, connect and collaborate.

Create – give members access to collaboration tools, whiteboards, meeting rooms, and lab space where they can flesh out their ideas, get feedback, and start building.

Connect – encourage networking within the space by connecting members to each other and to the larger startup ecosystem in North Texas including other coworking spaces, events, and organizations that support startups.

Collaborate – build things together and get support from fellow members who are also starting new companies.

We cater to tech-savvy individuals, and are open to anyone who calls themselves an entrepreneur or independent creative professional.

We are in Far North Dallas (near Plano) on Preston Road and the George Bush Turnpike. Free covered parking in our underground garage and street level parking lot for up to 100 cars.

Our space:

Members enjoy a fun and relaxed atmosphere with perks that includes: free coffee, drop-in work stations, lounge area, ping pong table, nod events, and more. We offer open seating, reserved desks and offices, meeting and event spaces:

Coworking Lounge (First Come Seating) – Walk in, plug in and start working. We’re creating a community of coworking freelancers and entrepreneurs in the North Dallas area that wants a space to work, connect and collaborate with peers. We are an alternative to your home office, the coffee shop or a traditional office lease.

Meeting Rooms (Up to 8 people) – Get away from the loud coffee houses for a moment? Need a small private space to work or have meetings? nod Meeting Rooms are perfect when you need to spend some time away from your home office to get work done, meet your clients, conduct interviews and have small group meetings.

Rent a Meeting Room at nod for an hour or two, a half-day, or a day. Our rooms are available on a reservation basis.

Event Space – (10-100 People) nod Lone Star Event Room. Great for corporate team building events, whiteboarding sessions, hackathons, game jams, developer conferences. The venue of our own annual tech conference (#NoDCon).

Audio & Visual (AV) equipment available in house: sound system, microphones, and mixing board. We can also livestream and record your event for an additional fee.
