South Dallas Fair Park Opportunity Fund
About
The South Dallas / Fair Park Opportunity Fund offers loans and limited grants to businesses that expand or relocate in the trust fund service area around historic Fair Park. The Fund also provides grants to nonprofit organizations that provide a community benefit to the South Dallas / Fair Park area under an annual funding opportunity.
The Trust Fund service area includes Census Tracts 25, 27.01, 27.02, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39.01, 39.02 and 40. You can locate the boundary with the City’s interactive map portal – expand the Special Districts option and check South Dallas / Fair Park Trust Fund.
